These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your VIP reservation with [Company legal name] ("Fitts", "we", "us"). By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. The VIP list

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive emails from us about Fitts, including launch news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. $1 reservations

• A $1 USD reservation secures VIP access to our lowest launch pricing and priority access when our Kickstarter campaign goes live.
• The reservation is not a purchase of a product and does not oblige you to buy anything. To receive a Fitts Case, you will need to back the Kickstarter campaign or buy separately at launch.
• The VIP price, discount and availability are offered in good faith but may be limited in quantity or time. They apply only to the email address used for the reservation.
• Your $1 reservation is fully refundable. To request a refund, email [contact email] before the campaign ends. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

3. Crowdfunding

We plan to launch on Kickstarter. Launch dates, prices, features, supported phone models, designs and delivery estimates are our current plans and may change. Crowdfunded products carry risks, including delays or changes to the product. Any pledge you make on Kickstarter is governed by Kickstarter's terms and the campaign page.

4. Product information

Images, videos and descriptions on this site show prototypes or renders and may differ from the final product. Compatibility depends on final production; see our FAQs for details on supported models.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use automated means to sign up. All content on the site, including the Fitts name, logo, images, videos and text, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

6. Privacy and tracking

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including cookies and pixels used for analytics and advertising. By using the site, you acknowledge that practice.

7. Disclaimers

The site and reservations are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a reservation, and our total liability for any claim relating to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
